Menu

Mid-scene control surface — numbered actions, submenus, hidden reveals

/menu, /m

When a scene is active, /menu prints a numbered, grouped view of
the current beat: meters / pose / partner / consent flags up top,
then your options 1..N (with submenu letters when authored).

Forms:
/menu Show the menu without advancing.
/menu <N> Pick visible action by number.
/menu <verb> Pick by string (same as /scene action <verb>).
  /menu <N> <a> Add one sub-pick (pace/focus/words/etc).
  /menu <N> <a> <b> Add multiple sub-picks composing the payload.

Aliases: /m, bare 'menu' typed at the prompt.

Hidden actions:
Locked options that are within 10 of the unlock threshold are
rendered greyed-out under LOCKED with the unmet condition
spelled out so you can see what to push toward. Anything
  further out stays hidden.

/menu does NOT call the LLM and does NOT advance the beat by
itself. Picking an action (with or without sub-picks) advances
the beat as normal.
