How to recover HP and treat wounds

Healing: Recovering HP, Mana, and Fatigue in Ghelmyon

Resting (restores HP, mana, AND fatigue in one pass):
rest Rest a while (safe areas top you off)
rest nap A quick nap (less regen, less time)
rest night A full night's rest (most regen)
light rest Stay alert: partial regen, no ambush risk
camp Set up camp outdoors, eat by the fire
camp night Camp a full night in the field
camp watch <ally> Post a companion to stand guard
longcamp Camp until dawn (long rest)
sleep Full restore (advances time to dawn)

Camping in the open is exposed: a dangerous spot can be ambushed.
A companion on watch turns an ambush into a warning (you wake ready,
and can fight, talk first, or break camp and move on). Weather and a
campfire shape how well you sleep in the field.

Temple:
pray Pray at a temple: gain rep, chance of blessing
/donate Invest in a temple for HP regen tiers

After Combat:
HP restores automatically when all enemies are defeated.
