Barter:   Temporary sell price bonus when haggling.
Fence:    Sell stolen goods at better rates.

  10-19 Practiced   60-69 Expert
  20-29 Familiar    70-79 Adept
  30-39 Learned     80-89 Master
  40-49 Capable     90+   Grand Master

Rank Bonus (diminishing returns):
  1-10: +2/rank | 11-30: +1 | 31-50: +0.5 | 51+: +0.25

Sub-skill effective rank = own RB + parent contrib.
Parent contrib: easy 75%, average 50%, difficult 25%.

Mastery Bonuses

Passive procs for rank 40+ skills

Mastery Bonuses

Every 10 ranks above 40 unlocks a passive bonus
that makes continued investment worthwhile.

Weapon Skills (swords, daggers, axes, blunt, bows, staves, unarmed):
  Rank 40 Veteran:      +5% critical hit chance
  Rank 50 Expert:       10% auto-riposte on dodge
  Rank 60 Master:       10% armor penetration
  Rank 70 Grand Master: +25% damage vs targets below 20% HP

Dodge:
  Rank 40: +5% full evasion chance
  Rank 50: First attack each round has -10 threshold

Shields:
  Rank 40: +15% shield bash stun chance
  Rank 50: 10% damage reflected to attacker

Command: mastery — show your unlocked bonuses
Bonuses stack: rank 70 gets all four weapon tiers.
