Party loot distribution, Need/Greed/Pass system

Loot Rolling

When a creature dies with party members present, valuable
loot goes to a Need/Greed/Pass roll instead of auto-pickup.

Roll Types:
  Need     You can equip or use the item. Always beats Greed.
  Greed    You want the gold value. Beats Pass.
  Pass     Skip this item.

Among the same roll type, highest d100 wins.

Automatic Rules:
  Common items (value < 10):  Auto-pickup by you
  Quest items:                Always go to you
  Gold:                       Split evenly among party
  Uncommon+ items (value 10+): Roll if in party

Companions auto-roll based on their class:
  Warriors need weapons, mages need staves, etc.
  All companions Greed items they can't equip.
