Find physical evidence to use as leverage against NPCs
Evidence & Blackmail

Physical evidence can be discovered by searching fixtures
at locations around the city. Evidence items link to specific
NPC secrets and provide leverage for blackmail.

Finding Evidence:
  - Search desks, cabinets, bags, and other fixtures
  - Requires Perception checks (difficulty varies)
  - Each piece is unique and non-repeatable
  - Evidence items cannot be sold (value 0)

Using Evidence:
  - Holding evidence automatically boosts your CHA
    when blackmailing the linked NPC
  - The bonus varies by evidence (10-30 points)
  - Multiple pieces against the same NPC stack

Commands:
  search <fixture>       Search a fixture for evidence
  rumors                 View known secrets and evidence held
  blackmail <npc>        Attempt to blackmail with leverage

Tips:
  - Look for hints in room descriptions
  - Higher Perception = better chance of finding evidence
  - Some evidence is hidden in unlikely places
  - Evidence also teaches you the linked secret
