Cook food at cookfire locations using ingredients from
fishing, foraging, and hunting.

  Spiced Ale         (8)     +2 CHA, 3 phases
  Hunter's Stew     (15)     +4 STR, 5 phases
  Fish Stew         (10)     +5 CON, 6 phases

HUNGER:
  Not eating causes escalating stat penalties:
  Mild (6 phases)     -1 STR
  Moderate (12)       -2 STR, -2 CON
  Severe (18)         -5 STR, -5 CON, -3 SPD

SPOILAGE:
  Raw meat (4 phases), fish (3), fruit (6),
  cooked food (12), bread (8), preserved (30)

TIP: Camp or longcamp auto-eats your best food.

Cooking Recipes

Use /cookbook in-game for a full list with
can-craft indicators based on your inventory.

Cook at any location tagged as a cookfire.
Ingredients come from foraging, fishing, hunting,
and shops. Higher skill unlocks better recipes.

Eating, hunger penalties, and spoilage

Hunger System

Your character gets hungry over time. Eat food
to avoid stat penalties.

EATING:
  eat <food>     Eat from inventory
  camp           Auto-eats best food
  order <item>   Buy and eat tavern food

PENALTIES (cumulative):
  Mild (6 phases)     -1 STR
  Moderate (12)       -2 STR, -2 CON
  Severe (18)         -5 STR, -5 CON, -3 SPD

TIP: Tavern food is always fresh. Cooked meals
last 12 phases before spoiling.
