SPECIALIZATIONS (at honored rep):
  Evoker — +15% spell damage, faster cooldowns,
    30% mana reduction on evocation spells.
  Abjurer — Magic resistance, spell deflection,
    free dispels that strip all buffs.

LOCATION: From the Hall of Scrolls, enter the
  Collegium Lobby. The Lecture Hall and Library
  branch off from there. The Tower Observatory
  is above the Lecture Hall.

RIVALRY: Tensions with the Wild Coven. The Collegium
  considers nature magic undisciplined; the Coven
  calls them dusty bookworms.
